how do i get more flex out of my leaf springs on my yj wrangler?

i have a 4 inch lift on my 1994 yj wrangler and i get hardly any flex out of my leaf springs, the rear is inches off the rubber stop even with the lift, any ideas on how to get more flex without breakin the bank?

Change them to coil springs

leafs to small. i run 63s on my yoter and i flex all 4 sides. my fenders hit tires and everything when maxed out
